We have created a online system that guarantees a secure and confidential ordering process. SALES TAX All orders shipped to Missouri must be charged the standard 4.23% sales tax. If you are ordering from another state or from a country other than the United States, no sales tax will be applied. AVAILABILITY The prints and posters you will find on his site are prone to sell out quickly. In many instances, prints sell out the same day they are presented. There is, therefore, a chance that the print you order is no longer available. Although we strive to keep our site up to date, we cannot guarantee print availability. In the case that your desired print is no longer available, we will email you and notify you of your options: Change your order by selecting a different print (you get a 10% discount) Cancel your order Add your name to the waiting list for that print DELIVERY ArtRiver strives to get prints out as quickly as possible. In most cases your prints will be in the air within 3-5 business days but many orders take 14-21 days for delivery because we are always in the process of transferring prints from Europe to our US location as they come available. NOTE: Some of the limited edition prints take longer to acquire, we will notify you in advance if this is the case.           Shipping       SHIPPING RATES Flat rates are charged for items shipped to destinations in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) US USPS PRIORITY $10.00 CANADA USPS AIR $13.00 INTERNATIONAL USPS $19.00 *Orders can, of course, be expedited with express shipping. Simply let us know if you desire rapid delivery. PACKAGING We use thick, dual-layer, telescopic U-Line brand tubes for all our shipments. The ends of each tube are secured with bubble-wrap or applicable packaging. NOTE: We can ship up to three prints per tube. DELIVERY TIME ArtRiver prides itself in packaging and shipping prints rapidly. NOTE: Some of the limited edition prints take longer to acquire, we will notify you in advance if this is the case. RETURNS If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason you may return or exchange it within 30 days at which time you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item (excluding the shipping cost).
